Laura is a Hatha and Vinyasa yoga teacher who is now starting an Iyengar Yoga teacher trainning.
Initially trained in traditional Hatha at the Govardhan School of Yoga and at the Paramanand Institute in India, she then continued her Vinyasa training in France with Klara Puski, Simon Parks, Mathieu Boldron and Krista Kahill. She sees yoga as a wonderful tool to explore one’s internal world, to overcome one’s schemes in order to discover our individual magic. Learning to listen to the Self offers a magnificent quality of connection to others to to life principles.
Laura’s classes tend to focus on alignement and breath and always end with her sining mantras. Aside from teaching yoga, Laura’s centres of interest are the benefits of raw vegan diet on health and the wonders of intuition.
