Kim first practiced yoga 16 years ago, but became a consistent student only in 2008, she attended retreats and workshops deeply renewed her energy as her strength and flexibility gently increased – Kim was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in 2001.
Yoga enlightened her path, giving back the control of her body and mind. She finally decided to share this awareness with others.
She still keeps on refining her knowledge and studies with inspiring teachers, such as Annie Au, Kate Duyn, Murielle Burelier, Sébastien Pucelle and many others. Yoga taught her the most powerful posture in life, welcoming the unpredictable with a peaceful mind.
