KATIA SEDDIKI
Katia Seddiki began her yoga practice to prevent respiratory problems and spasmophilia.
She wanted to increase her breathing capacity and reduce her spasmophilia attacks.
As the benefits did not take long to manifest, she invested more eagerly in the practice and very quickly she wanted to pass on the benefits of this art to as many people as possible.
She then followed a 200H traditional Yoga (Hatha Yoga) training; then a few years later she took a 200H Yoga Works (Vinyasa) training. Even more devoted and with the desire to teach all kinds of practitioners, she commits to a new training course for 3 years, in order to obtain a Iyengar Yoga teacher diploma.
In 2020, wishing to enrich her spiritual practice, she obtained a Jivamukti yoga diploma. Beginning of the 2021, she decides to continue her Iyengar course on her way to level 2, intuitively feeling like this is the moment for her to train future teachers.
Katia is eager to have her students work within their limits in harmony with their ability so that they are autonomous.
