ANASTASIA ARTEMOVA
Originally from the North of Russia, Anastasia is a yoga teacher based in Paris.
Practicing Yoga since a very young age and teaching Vinyasa and Slow Flow since 2018 – she undertook her Teacher Training with Andrea Everingham (Manchester, UK), studying extensively Asana methodology, Anatomy, Yoga philosophie, Meditation and Art of Adjustments, followed by additional trainings with Krista Cahill
and Kate Duyn.
She sees her teaching as a tool to support and inspire people she meets. Her classes are breath focused, based on alignments and conscious movement. Anastasia also believes in the uniqueness of every student and encourages everyone to explore their own bodies and limits in a safe and respectful way.
Whether it’s a dynamic sequence or a slow and easy flow, you’ll find gentle strength and precision in her smooth teaching style, sprinkled with wit and the warmest of guidance.
You may also meet her quite often at Caelo Yoga, as Anastasia’s alter ego is being a studio manager, where she tries to create an atmosphere of inclusiveness for everyone.
