Magdalena is originally from Poland and moved to Paris from London where she lived for several years. Finding her first love in Bikram Yoga she trained intensely with the aim of completing Bikram Yoga teacher training however after exploring other practices she found herself most drawn to Vinyasa. The style provided her with endless possibilities and a total freedom in the practice that allowed to express herself more naturally and fully. She has completed Vinyasa certification in order to be able to guide people through a playful and lighthearted way of practicing but at the same time assist in developing focus, calmness and non attachment. She encourages taking away all the findings and lessons from the mat into the 'off the mat’ world as one of the main reasons for a regular practice.
