The Integral Hatha Yoga method is very complete. During this class you will practice 60 minutes of Integral Yoga: mantra, breathing exercises, flow sequences, poses and 30 minutes of deep guided relaxation (based upon yoga nidra techniques) and meditation. The focus is on the importance of precision and alignment in asanas (poses), on mindfulness and on respecting one’s individual capacities and differences. The class will help you to connect to your body and mind through mindful breathing and movement, allowing you to feel grounded, centered and at peac. Open to new and experienced students.
