The Vinyasa method is a flowing, dynamic form of yoga, whose very first origin stems from the traditional Asthanga method. In Sanskrit, “vinyasa” means “to place in a special way” and translated into a yoga asana practice it means to let your movements flow with your breath.
Through this flow of movements, you will be able to cultivate balance, flexibility, strength and endurance as well as develop a sense of well-being and inner stillness.
VINYASA 2 Intermediare

This is a strong, flowing, heat building class in which students are challenged more deeply on both a physical and psychological level. This class is suitable for students with a regular yoga practice.

The lotus flower is a symbol of purity and transformation: each class is strictly aligned with the seven chakras, the energy centers of our subtle body. Devotion and joy make Lotus Flow Yoga a powerful companion on the path of life. We always start with a Dharma (a spiritual inspiration) and then comes a creative sequence with music mixing Mantras, Mudras, poetry and everything that makes the practice of yoga interesting and revives the mind. More than a physical exercise, Lotus Flow Yoga is a dance, an ode to life in full awareness.
Morning flow is a 60 minute lesson meant to gently prepare the body and the mind for the day ahead, combining movement with meditative techniques. The class always includes static and dynamic asanas, stretching exercises and pranayama. The practice works the body in all directions of mobility, with the focus on alignment, breathing and inner balance. The lesson is suitable for practitioners of all levels.
Fluid and slow pace class that connects breath with the movement as you go from posture to posture, bringing meditative and calming effects on body and mind. This class is suitable for all levels.
Mantra & Flow
This is a slow but intense fluid flow that works on both breathing, endurance and deep connection to the Self. You will be chanting mantras at the opening of the practice and the final relaxation will be accompanied with live music.
It’s a vinyasa style flow with a touch of ashtanga enriched with yoga philosophy and mantra!
A typical class incorporates the five tenets of Jivamukti Yoga: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (kindness), nada (music) and dhyana (meditation) by presenting classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat, drawn from the Focus of the Month essay, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance,
relaxation and meditation.
An Open class presents classical yoga teachings as relevant to one’s life on and off the mat, drawn from the Focus of the Month essay, supported by chanting, breath awareness, flowing vinyasa sequences, alignment exploration, hands-on assistance, relaxation and meditation. All Open classes include 14 points – asanas, meditation and spiritual teachings—in a sequence creatively designed by the teacher. Exuberant, eclectic music plays an integral role.
The class is called “Open” because it is open and suitable to all levels of practitioner. Even so, beginning level students should know that there will not be much detailed “how to do” descriptions; for that a student is advised to attend a Basic or Beginner Vinyasa Class.
JIVAMUKTI SPIRITUAL WARRIOR
Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior classes are designed for busy people who only have an hour to practice.
The class is fast paced and invigorating and is certainly a “get-in-shape” class. The structure is a fixed set sequence instructed in a vinyasa style.
It is a fully balanced class which includes asana warm-up, chanting, setting of intention, surya namaskar, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, meditation and relaxation. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace moving and does not stop to give spiritual discourses.
In these classes alignment is the emphasis which also makes them a great opportunity for more intermediate students to fine-tune their practice and explore deeper aspects of alignment essentials. Students are taught “how to do” asanas as well as the use of props. For students that are totally new to yoga, the Basics Class provides the underlying structure to be able to eventually enter into an Open class intelligently and safely. It is also an excellent class for more intermediate and advanced students to revisit the alignment and foundations of their practice.
Each Jivamukti Basic class is part of a four-week fundamentals course that explores a different theme each week:
• Class One, Standing Asanas
• Class Two, Forward Bending Asanas
• Class Three, Backward Bending Asanas
• Class Four, Putting it all Together – Inversions, Meditation
Kundalini is the yogic science of awareness and happiness. It provides inner-peace, moves energy through the body to reduce anxiety and increase your self-confidence – plus, it is a really good workout!
An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.
This wonderful practice is for everyone, every body-type, every health-level and every phase of life. If sometimes it gets us out of our comfort zone, it is just to give us the opportunity to transform ourselves.
Yoga meditation is the art and science of systematically observing, accepting, understanding, and training each of the levels of our being, such that we may coordinate and integrate those aspects of ourselves, and dwell in the direct experience of the center of consciousness. This mind-body approach to well-being, combining relaxation, breathing techniques, and guided visualisation – reduces stress and anxiety, and can be integrated into your everyday life.

Yin is a style of yoga that encourages release with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time. Often seen as the ideal complement to more dynamic forms of yoga, it gives us a chance to be still and “let go” via the deep connective tissues of the body (vs. the superficial tissues), aiding physical, energetic, mental and emotional flexibility and helping regulate the flow of energy in the body. Many view it as the perfect antidote to stressful urban lifestyles.
Yin, Pranayama & Meditation — Yin & Sound
If you are looking for a class that is less physical and more relaxing, this class can offer you that with a series of yin postures (longer breaths and longer holds), pranayama (breath extension and control exercises) and meditation.
OTHER STYLES OF YOGAS
Hatha is considered a gentle yoga that focuses on static poses and is great for beginners. However,
even though it is gentle, it can still be physically and mentally challenging. Classes typically start with
a gentle warm-up, advance to more physical poses, and end with a short period of meditation.
Yoga doux & bain sonore
In 75 minutes of this class slow and meditative practice with the focus on breathing and inner feeling
that promotes concentration is combined with the final deep relaxation, where practitioners can rest
in Shavasana carried away into the state of harmony and peace by the sounds of the set of traditional
instruments. Suitable for practitioners of all levels.
