Integral Yoga & Meditation

The Integral Hatha Yoga method is very complete. During this class you will practice 60 minutes of Integral Yoga: mantra, breathing exercises, flow sequences, poses and 30 minutes of deep guided relaxation (based upon yoga nidra techniques) and meditation. It’s powerful to practice together and share our experience as well as any questions we have . It’s like this practice and our understanding of it is an ongoing discussion we can have as we continue to try to do better, for ourselves and others.
